Handmade round art-print necklace. This is a print of my artwork, set into a pendant. Glass pendant is 1inch (2.5cm) in size and set in a metal backing. Ball chain is 22inches, metal is hypoallergenic alloy that keeps it’s colour and is very sturdy. If the ball chain is too big for you, you can cut it to the size you want using scissors – or just let me know and I can do it for you!

This is the first artwork I did where I really cemented my style and found my artistic voice. I painted it on the floor of my tiny studio apartment when I’d just moved to Melbourne from New Zealand, and in it is all my hopes and fears, all my love of my home country New Zealand and all my eagerness to learn more about my news country Australia

Original Fine Artwork. Completed in 2012, using Acrylic and metal leaf (copper and imitation gold and silver) on paper. In an upcycled shabby chic style frame with matt board.

That wonderful feeling you get on a hot summer day when you sit in a warm spot and sip on a few glasses of rose with a couple of good friends. It feels as though life is amazing and rosy and you could all dance in a circle with joy. These little rosé wine fairies represent that lovely summer joy.

You’re out in the country and looking into the distance, over the hills, you can see the city lights – you know the city’s nightlife is alive and every person has their own story to tell. The lights/energy emanating from the city is represented with tiny wine bottles exploding forth like a just corked champagne bottle.

This is my idyllic landscape, an imaginary space to go to at some point in the near future. The dream of moving forward in life and accomplishing your goals, expressed as a serene farmland with gently rolling hills and an old barn in the distance – the perfect space to enjoy life and something to strive for. I painted this before I visited France, and this is what I imagined the Bordeaux landscape would look like. Lush and fertile, peaceful and alive with beauty and life. Happily, I have since visited the region and my daydreams of the landscape were very similar to the countryside outside of the vineyards.

Yes, this artwork is painted with COFFEE, no paint just coffee.
Inspired by my love of dance and music and childhood memories of learning ballet and watching accomplished dancers. There’s also a sense of freedom of movement I feel once I’ve had a coffee, especially if I’m tired and the coffee allows me to sit down, relax and recharge my energy. Afterwards I feel as though I can leap through the air and accomplish what I’ve set out to do. Beauty in movement, beauty in dance, and of course beauty in a good cup of coffee.
